After a safety briefing, drive a Honda Pioneer 700 buggy along countryside trails to a swim stop in the Anamuya River, then taste coconut, coffee and fruit at the Casa del Coco. In the afternoon, clip in at the zipline park: 18 platforms and 12 lines over about 2 km of mountain, including an 800-meter line, with a side-by-side cable to race a partner.
